Being a Team Leader is very rewarding and fun! Have you ever thought about bringing your family, friends, or clients to compete together in a pageant as your team? If so, this position is for you.

Team Leaders are not pageant directors but are assigned to a director so that they can work together to select a team name and to make sure each Team leader and her team understands our areas of competitions, system guidelines, and other important information. All Team Leaders must be a female, been born a female, remain a female while being a Team Leader and conduct themselves as a female.

A Team Leader is not responsible for pageant fees for their team members. Your team members are responsible for the purchase of their National Queen title which includes the crown and sash, as well as any other expenses related to competing. Team Members receiving a national title are required to compete at the upcoming international pageant.

A Team Leader will have opportunities to earn discounts on hotel stays, catered meals, admission tickets and/or even participate in incentives like earning cash, winning trips, and other prizes. Discounts and incentives earned are based on the number of members on your team as set forth by the pageant director your team is associated with.
