HOTEL INFORMATION

We do not have one specific host hotel that you are required to stay at, however, we have contracted several hotels/motels with great rates that are close and easily accessible to the convention center. Keep in mind that we have chosen these hotels based on convenience for you. While no hotels/motels are attached to the convention center, please note that we have ample space for wardrobe and dressing rooms once you arrive. Some of the hotels listed will not take on-line reservations for the rates provided. Hotel tax rates for Gatlinburg are 12.75%.

Inform the hotels/motels that you are with PURE INTERNATIONAL PAGEANTS when booking your rooms so you will receive our special rates. All of these are within walking distance or a short driving distance, as well. Please note that traffic is super, super busy on Parkway, which is the main street through Gatlinburg, so if you choose to stay somewhere else like a cabin or an Airbnb, you must allow time for travel and traffic jams. If you are late for an event, you will receive a 20-point deduction for each time you are late, so we suggest you use these hotels/motels, if possible.  These hotels also have parking for their guests.  Parking is limited around the convention center, however there is a parking lot across the street. Parking fees apply.

The Address of the convention center is 920 Parkway, but we will be using the Historic Natural Trail entrance, traffic light #8 on Parkway.

There are many restaurants and shopping opportunities within just minutes of the convention center.

A credit/debit card will be required to book your reservation.  Deadline for booking is May 15, 2024, or until all rooms are booked up.  Some hotels may have different rates for Sunday through Thursday as compared to Friday and Saturday in Gatlinburg because Fridays and Saturdays are their busiest days. Everyone should book their hotel ASAP. If all of these hotels/motels are booked, you may contact our office for more recommendations. Please do not contact us when rooms are available just to find a different rate.
