Congratulations on your new national title and welcome to the PURE National family. Below you will find links to contestant information in preparation for our upcoming International Pageant. Simply follow the links as you scroll down the page.
Each National Queen is required to complete the following forms for their international contestant/finalist account to be considered complete.
Due between the dates of May 1 and May 15 ONLY. Please do not submit these forms before or after these dates.
You will be submitting the following forms:
- Emcee Form
- Media Release/Good Sporstmanship/Non-Responsibility Form
- Contestant Allergy/Medical Information Form

PERSONAL INTERVIEW CONTESTANT FORM
You are also required to complete a Personal Interview and Be the Impact Project Form. Click HERE to submit that information. Deadline Date is May 15.

All titleholders are required to pay a $150 deposit on their International Sponsorship for the upcoming International Pageant when signing their National Queen's contract and the remaining balance of the package must be paid within 90 days of winning their title or by the deadline date, whichever comes first.
You may pay your Sponsorship Fee through your contestant account portal with your debit or credit care or pay it in 4 easy installments through our AFTERPAY program with no credit checks, application fee, or interest. STEP 4
Consider being the fan favorite and ask your family & friends to support you as our International People's Choice Queen. They may make donations to you, and you can apply them to your contestant account portal, or you bring it with you to the live pageant registration.
STEP 7
BE THE IMPACT AWARDS PROGRAM
During pageant week, contestants can submit a project form that explains in detail about their project. By doing so, contestants are eligible for awards during our Faith, Family, and Community Service Celebration Gala. It's a great way to be recognized not just for your hard work, but for the impact you have made in your community. To submit a form, please click HERE. Deadline for submissions is May 15.
